I LOVE a buffet. “Best Las Vegas buffets” is something I know a lot about. Every time I visit Sin City I make sure to take in one of these incredible feasts. There’s something fun about every possible food group together under one roof. Buffets have kind of a bad rap, and sure, there are some bad ones with cold food and despair filling the room. But there are some amazing casino buffets that feature delicious seafood, bottomless mimosas, a carving station, crab legs, prime rib, an omelet station, and more! Let’s not forget my favorite buffet feature, the gelato station!
There are plenty of hotels in Las Vegas that know how to put out a damn fine buffet. And if you’re traveling with picky eaters or can’t decide what you want to eat, a buffet can offer the perfect meal. Where else are you going to indulge in sushi and mole enchiladas with a side of pizza? Or bottomless mimosas and an omelet prepared exactly to your specifications?

Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars
The most pricey buffet on the list is by far the most impressive. Caesars Bacchanal Buffet is the king of buffets in Vegas. And for good reason, Caesar’s 25,000-square-foot, 600-seat Bacchanal Buffet features nine open, interactive kitchens. Many of its more than 250 dishes are individually prepared and plated in real-time by staff.
The Bacchanal is the largest buffet in Las Vegas, so come hungry. I prefer to make it my one meal of the day. A sort of breakfast lunch and dinner, or “Brelinner” if you will. It has all the usual favorites like prime rib and crab legs, as well as more innovative dishes. In fact, I dare you to think of a food that isn’t offered at this amazing buffet. From pizza and seafood stations to mouth-watering prime rib and an impressive salad bar, there’s something for everyone.
Prices: The buffet is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday and Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. through 10 on Tuesday and Wednesday, and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Weekdays are $79.99 and weekends are $84.99 for adults. Yes, that’s a lot for a buffet, but I promise it will be the best buffet of your life.

The Buffet At Bellagio
The Buffet at Bellagio features live-action cooking stations and seating for an impressive 600 guests. It’s one of the best Las Vegas strip buffets.
The buffet is open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., starting with a champagne brunch where you can order custom-made omelets from an omelet station. You can also enjoy traditional breakfast items as well as pasta, pizza, eggs Benedict, fried chicken and waffles, and a toast bar.
The famous seafood brunch starts at 11 a.m. with poached shrimp, smoked salmon, and scallop ceviche. Diners will also find Asian dishes like Hong Kong barbecue buns and shrimp shu mai. Their carving station offers delicious meats like marinated flank steak, rotisserie chicken, and St. Louis-style ribs.
Prices: Brunch starts at $54.99 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends. A seafood brunch goes from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend brunch is $66.99.

MGM Grand Buffet
Don’t overlook the MGM Grand Buffet. It’s a Vegas classic. MGM Grand Buffet features breakfast, lunch, and a weekend brunch. The buffet offers hot and cold stations with dishes such as made-to-order omelets, buttermilk pancakes, breakfast sides, and pastries for breakfast, as well as pasta dishes, seafood, barbecue ribs, salads, soups, and a dessert bar with cookies, donuts, pies, cheesecakes, brownies, and more.
Prices: On Mondays through Thursdays, it’s $31.99 and on Fridays through Sundays, it’s $37.99. Which is quite good when it comes to Vegas buffets prices.

Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan
Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is hands down one of my favorite buffets in Vegas. It features exciting menu items like bone marrow, elote, squid ink pasta, and an incredible gelato selection for dessert. If you’re looking for dishes that are a little more adventurous than your traditional Vegas buffet offerings, head to The Wicked Spoon.
Word of warning, the buffet is a little hard to find, tucked away on the second floor, and requires a lot of walking from the main hotel/ casino areas.
Prices: All-day brunch is $47 for adults on weekdays and $54 on weekends. Additional bottomless mimosas, Champagne, bloody Marys, or Bud Light draft packages are available for $25 per person.

The Buffet At Wynn
The buffet at the Wynn is downright gorgeous. The Wynn Buffet Las Vegas features sixteen live cooking stations with rotisserie grilled steakhouse cuts, an impressive seafood selection, an Eggs Benedict station, and a Latin Street Food station. Offering more than 90 delicious dishes, the Wynn also prepares a wide range of made-to-order choices. Brunch is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and seafood dinner is from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Prices: Their super popular brunch starts at $54.99 for adults with add-ons like unlimited mimosas, wine, and beer starting at $32.99. I would highly recommend reserving your space and pre-paying as lines for the buffet can frequently stretch for over 90 minutes.

A.Y.C.E Buffet at The Palms
A.Y.C.E Buffet at The Palms has seven food stations featuring dishes from around the globe. The 9,685-square-foot buffet space is truly impressive.
If you don’t mind going off the strip, A.Y.C.E Buffet at The Palms is a delicious option.
Prices: Weekly specials include lobster and snow crab, $64.99, on Wednesday and Thursday nights, prime rib and snow crab, $42.99, on Friday nights, and a daily brunch buffet, $32.99, with bottomless mimosas. Regular dinner starts at $36.99.

Market Place Buffet
Rampart Casino’s 12,000-square-foot Market Place Buffet is a favorite with Las Vegas locals. This buffet has weekly theme nights that center upon various delicious dishes.
Prices: A $31.99 prime rib dinner is available on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, their popular Champagne brunch is $32.99, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There’s also a Hawaiian-themed $31.99 Aloha Night Dinner on Saturdays from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. All buffets are discounted for Rampart Plus, Summerlin, Premier, and Elite Card holders. So, it pays to get your rewards card.
